Refund and Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your support of our business and strive to ensure your shopping experience is satisfactory. Below are the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refurns, and product exchanges:

Payment Cancellation

Once payment is confirmed, customers are not allowed to cancel the transaction. We recommend that customers ensure all information and product selections are accurate before completing the purchase.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange the product you purchased, you may exchange the product for another item of equal value.

If you choose a product with a higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
If the selected product has a lower value, no refund will be issued for the price difference.

Exchange Process

To initiate the exchange process, please follow these steps:

Contact us immediately at rxshieldpro@gmail.com or before product installation at the workshop.
Provide your purchase receipt or proof of transaction.
Indicate the product you wish to exchange and the new product you would like to receive.

We will confirm your exchange request and provide further instructions for the product exchange process via email or incharge at the workshop.

Refurn Policy

We do not offer refunds for confirmed purchases, except for installation issues on workmanship. If such issues occur, please contact us within 14 days of product installation to resolve the issue.
